Given the nursing profession , the role of an acitve and essential in the style service delivery , comprehensiveness with other health team members , the port for health care , the status of nursng in the substance and the heart of health care and the importance of this catrgory of the health team has taken the council of Ministers of Health of the Gulf Cooperation Council legislation and regulations governinig the work of humanitarian service, and to be put in a proper perpective and sound legal , professional and functional , and protection of the highest concepts and foundation of the ethics of practicing health professionals , is the consent of the owners of the Ministers of health in the GCC states on the establishment of nursing and nursing specialization in february 2007 as Glaing testimony to the attention of and aspirations of their excellencies the Ministers Of Health in the GCC States and the executive office and members of the executive Body for the devlopment of this area is vital and important .

The Board of nursing and nursing spesialties means to prepare specialized programs and continuing education specialist , and the accredit of health and educational institutions in this area .

The aim of the council would have the interest on the GCC countries through promotion of the level of nursing services and the proviosion of evidence baced safe nursing care on of the recipirnt of the Health care service and unit the efforts of the council on the process of edvancement of nursing services .
